A retail store opening involves many trades working in a small space against a fixed launch date. When civil, electrical, HVAC, fire, security and fixtures are contracted separately, the brand ends up coordinating the gaps. OmG Retail iQ takes that coordination off your hands as a general turnkey contractor, with an in-house GC team responsible for the store from site handover to opening day.

Retail iQ has delivered 2,200+ stores ranging from 200 sq ft to 3 lakh sq ft, and works with 550+ global and Indian brands. Our scope covers civil interiors such as partitions, ceilings, flooring and wall finishes; MEP and electrical works; HVAC and fire systems; AV, CCTV and security; and store design coordination that links the brand brief with practical execution. Because fixtures are made in our own regional production facilities, site work and manufacturing are scheduled together, which protects timelines and finish quality.
